Trainees learn their skills on the job. After some basic coaching in the respective areas, they increasingly take over tasks on their own and assume responsibilities. They are involved in both the day-to-day business and in projects, acquiring a number of different practical experiences in the process. By changing between different areas, trainees become accustomed to adapting to new topics quickly and flexibly. Moreover, they expand their general skills and develop a viable network within the company.
