The demand for high-quality custom optical solutions is growing. Interest in the services offered by the WILD Group at LASER World of PHOTONICS 2025 in Munich was correspondingly high.

As an established partner for contract development and manufacturing, WILD and PHOTONIC presented themselves in an international environment characterized by the demand for quality, precision, and innovative strength—and it was precisely these strengths that were impressively demonstrated at the joint exhibition stand with Photonics Austria and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. “We are delighted that many of our expert discussions led directly to concrete inquiries,” reports Stefan Werkl, Head of Business Unit Optical Technologies. This is a clear signal of the growing demand for optomechatronic solutions.

The international trade audience showed particular interest in innovative optical assemblies and systems with center-turned optics. “The combination of precision engineering expertise, optical precision, and manufacturing flexibility generated extremely positive feedback,” says Martina Trinkel from Business Development. “The solutions presented impressed visitors with their technological sophistication, process reliability, and ability to be integrated into complex systems.”

Despite slightly fewer exhibitors and visitors overall than in previous years, the quality of contacts at LASER World of PHOTONICS 2025 was above average. “Quality over quantity” was the summary of the WILD Group’s trade fair team, which can look back with satisfaction on high-quality leads and an intensive exchange of experiences.
