Spreading joy.

The WILD Group’s Christmas donation to the “Haus der Generationen” in Völkermarkt will help make two big dreams come true: creating a new sports and activities facility and organising a seaside vacation in Italy.

“This was a real surprise! We are delighted with this Christmas present and we already have a lot of ideas about how to use it.” Annemarie Krall and Roswitha Klansek can hardly find the words to express how much the EUR 3,000 donation given by the WILD Group means to their team at the daycare centre for the disabled in Völkermarkt. At the top of the list of wishes they can now fulfil is a sports and activities facility in the adjacent garden, where they will soon be spending a lot of time playing basketball and table tennis together. They also plan to take seventeen disabled people from the centre for a holiday in Caorle, Italy. With their holiday fund now full, anticipation is at an all-time high. Part of the money will also be used for small day trips and to purchase various aid materials.

“We are very keen on taking on social responsibility in the region. Therefore, we are all the more pleased to see that this donation is in such good hands. The high spirits and the gratitude you sense at the daycare centre has left a lasting impression on all of us”, stress WILD Managing Directors Dr. Josef Hackl and Dr. Michael Wratschko, who handed over the donation cheque together with Human Resources Manager Andrea Gritsch.
