May 2025 For the second consecutive time, the lighting specialist of the WILD Group ranks among the Top 10 Best Workplaces™ Austria. Additionally, PHOTONIC was awarded the Best Employer Branding Award 2025 as one of only five companies for particularly effective and authentic measures to enhance employer attractiveness. “I am incredibly proud that we are once again among the Top 10 employers in the XS category and have now been honored with the Best Employer Branding Award,” emphasized PHOTONIC Managing Director Stefan Zotter. “It shows that we are not only on the right path internally but also present ourselves convincingly as an employer brand. We place great value on ensuring that everyone feels valued here – creating trust, cohesion, and motivation.” The award is proof that the entire PHOTONIC team embodies a strong corporate culture. The accolade is based on an anonymous employee survey covering five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. PHOTONIC received particularly positive ratings in all areas this year as well. Agreement rates of 97% were given, for example, to statements such as “We have fun at work” and “I believe I can make a meaningful contribution here.” That PHOTONIC successfully conveys this exceptional team spirit outwardly is evidenced by the Best Employer Branding Award 2025.
